摘要
通过分析侧线装置不同于传统大型装置的独有特点,对侧线装置在设计过程中提出了优化措施,特别是在设备漏热、内构件、工艺流程设计等方面;同时对侧线装置的HAZOP分析提出"双系列"分析方法,从安全风险性和实验成功性2个角度开展,完善SIL定级工作,为今后侧线装置的建设提供借鉴。
Abstract
Through analyzing unique characteristics of the side-line plant, which is different from that of traditional large-scale plant, the optimization measures are put forward in the design process of side-line plant, especially in the aspects of equipment heat leakage, internal components, process flow design, etc.At the same time, "two series" analysis method is proposed for HAZOP analysis on side-line plant, which is carried out from two aspects of safety risk and experimental success, so as to improve SIL grading work and provide reference for the construction of side-line plant in the future.
